| You will experience a varied fitness week-end with little drill and a lot of fun. We give more importance to a shared fitness experience than to drill. Our sports program contains cardio vascular training like circuit training, jogging / walking etc. as well as strengthening workouts and stretching. A perfect combination to burn fat, to build up muscle mass and to stimulate the metabolism! We want to give you a secure and personalized training; therefore we train in small groups with maximum 12 participants. |
